Polyurethane synthetic leather refers to a woven fabric as the base, which is made by coating the surface with a mixed slurry made of polyurethane resin (PU) and additives. In terms of production technology, there are mainly two processes: wet method and dry method.

Then, it is placed in a coagulation bath (generally a mixture of DMF and water) to replace the DMF solvent, and then washed and dried to condense and solidify the resin attached to the base fabric into a semi-finished product with a continuous microporous structure, namely, the base fabric. The base fabric is further made into a PU synthetic leather product through surface printing, embossing, and leather grinding. -
